Which is the Jumbo Hoop in the software? Jumbo Hoop #26 or #43? Are there two Jumbo Hoops?
There is only one Jumbo Hoop. The #26, #43 refer to embroidery-/sewing presser feet. The #43 foot requires a larger margin around the perimeter of the hoop.
